Yes, we can work with you as your extended team irrespective of your location. We may not be near you, but we always make sure you feel like we are. Our clients are from different cities and countries, but we stay connected over phone, email, WhatsApp, and regular status meetings.
1Do you offer free consultations?
Yes, we provide a free consultation. During our consultation call, we will discuss your requirements, technical possibilities, and any limitations that would be helpful to you to make a wise decision whether you want to continue with us or not.
1Can you guarantee my website will show up first on Google?
Search engine optimization won’t work this way. You need to be very careful if anyone makes a promise to bring your site on top of the google search. SEO is a continuous process that search results vary from time to time based on keyword, page ranking, quality content, and other factors. Moreover, the Search engine algorithm is evolving by adding the human element in its search. That means no one can fool the search engine with any black hat techniques which would penalize the site.
1What are your web development rates?
One Size Does Not Fit All. Unlike typical web development company, we don’t offer services fit into standard packages. Web development cost depends on multiple factors such as technology stack, functionality, number of pages, etc. it’s impossible to come up with a quote without hearing your requirement. As a digital agency, firstly, we understand your business, nature of the site, what sort of features and functionalities the site will have, your UX/UI design needs, etc. Then we’ll be able to give you a ballpark figure. If you’re still interested, we’ll come up with a firm quote.
1Are we able to maintain our website in-house after the launch, or will you do that for us?
A website should not be “set-it and forget it.” Instead, it should be updated with proactive and impactful improvements to maximize the outcome. We develop websites and portals integrated with a powerful content management system that allows your team to quickly, easily, and securely update site content. However, the website will require regular updates of plugins, software versions, back-ups, etc., for its better operation and security. This on-going maintenance needs technical knowledge to keep the web applications up to date and running. We will maintain your site for a small monthly maintenance fee.
1Do you develop Custom websites or you use pre-made templates?
We always design and develop custom websites for our clients. Many times clients comes with a few reference website which they liked the most. We consider those references and create a custom design that goes well with your website IA and content to meet your expectations.
1Do you provide website hosting services?
We don’t provide hosting services, but we have experience working on many different hosting platforms in the market and suggest the one that best meets the technical specifications of your new site.
